Steve Payne, Managing Director - a marketing professional with more than 25 years marketing experience across a broad range of industries including IT and telecoms, manufacturing, distribution and service.  More than 10 of these years have been as a director / senior manager with responsibilities for cross-functional and multi-disciplined teams.

His strategic board room vision ensures that ongoing reviews of long-term objectives take place without losing sight of the practical necessities of managing teams and projects to achieve short-term targets.

Steve’s specialities include IT, public sector, business development / growth, government business growth support groups, regional development agencies and contract negotiation.

Dominic Gill, Business Development Director - a business professional specialising in relationship management with over 15 years experience in the IT sector.  His roles have covered mid and senior management in a variety of businesses working alongside SME companies, public sector organisations and global corporations.

His experience covers engaging and influencing policy makers, PR and developing and managing business networks, as well as general business development and account management.

Dominic has managed teams in a sales environment as well as driving programmes and initiatives in a project management capacity for a major global corporation.

Darrall Pullen, Technical Director - has gained more than 20 years experience working directly alongside FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies.  His wealth of knowledge covers major vendor solutions and emerging technologies.

As a Solutions Architect he has a background in business process re-engineering, enterprise lifecycle applications development and a solid foundation in technical and networks architecture.

Darrall specialises in Performance Engineering and website Security Assessments / Penetration Testing.  Darrall focus is on the business and technical aspects of enterprise solutions design from concept and business benefits analysis through to end of life.
